Noisy Table at FACT
Noisy Table (the augmented ping pong game) took pride of place in the FACT foyer during the winter months, it was the first project of the dynamic, multi-platform FACT Connects Programme which strives to connect FACT with local artists, musicians, makers and technicians.
A huge audience, from groups of primary school children to some of the city's hottest bands, came along to try their skills on the table. Noisy Table was made by Will Nash and maintained by local digital artists including Ross Dalziel and DoES Liverpool's Adrien McEwan, who have taught the public how to 'hack' the table's sounds.
